These Delivery Terms explain how Love Canal NGO (“Love Canal NGO “we, “our,” or “us”) manages the delivery of goods, services, and digital resources to donors, beneficiaries, partners, and other stakeholders.

These terms apply to:

  • Distribution of humanitarian aid, supplies, or materials.
  • Delivery of training, workshops, or program services.
  • Online resources such as newsletters, reports, and publications.

2. Methods of Delivery

  • Physical Goods: Distributed through Love Canal NGO offices, partner organizations, or authorized delivery services.
  • Services: Provided directly through Love Canal NGO’s programs, community centers, or fieldwork activities.
  • Digital Content: Delivered via email, online platforms, or Love Canal NGO’s official website.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Physical goods and aid packages will be delivered within the timeframe announced for each program or campaign.
  • Digital resources (e.g., newsletters, receipts, certificates) will usually be sent immediately or within [3 working days] after confirmation.
  • Training sessions or workshops will take place on scheduled dates communicated in advance.

4. Costs

  • Love Canal NGO does not charge beneficiaries for the delivery of humanitarian aid or free-of-charge programs.
  • If a specific project requires a delivery or participation fee, this will be clearly communicated before registration.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
  • In such cases, Love Canal NGO will make reasonable efforts to inform stakeholders of delays and alternative arrangements.

6. Responsibility

  • Love Canal NGO is responsible for ensuring that aid, services, and resources reach intended recipients in line with program objectives.
  • Once physical goods are collected by or delivered to the recipient, Love Canal NGO is not responsible for loss, damage, or misuse.
