1. Donations

• All donations made to Love Canal NGO are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of:
  • A processing error (e.g., duplicate donation, incorrect amount).
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
• Refund requests must be submitted to us within 7–14 days (depending on your internal rule) of the donation date, along with proof of payment.

2. Program Fees

• Some Love Canal NGO programs, workshops, or training sessions may involve participation fees.
• Refunds may be granted if:
  • The program is canceled by Love Canal NGO.
  • The participant withdraws at least [3 days] before the start date.
• No refunds will be issued once a program has started.

3. Event Registrations

• Fees for events or campaigns organized by Love Canal NGO are generally non-refundable.
• Exceptions may be made if:
  • The event is canceled or rescheduled by Love Canal NGO.

4. Processing Refunds
